It won't be painful she said. It would only feel like an ant just bit you, she said. I guess this is where all my trust issues started haha. I wouldn't say I have dental fear but with a few appointments with GAOC, the anxiety that's planted in me is slowly implanted out.

So it was my second time in the Philippines but this time I was there for some dental treatments at GAOC Dental.

One of the uncomfortable feelings you can experience while having a dental procedure is involuntary gagging. It can be very frustrating for both of you and your dentist. Gagging is when your pharyngeal reflex contract at the back of your throat, evoked by touching the roof of the mouth, the back of the tongue, the area around the tonsils, the uvula and the back you the throat.

Fortunately, there are ways to ease your gag reflex.
