Leading the ribbon cutting ceremony was Former President and Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, Mayor Lani Cayetano, PRC Chairman Florentino Doble, Award winning actor John Lloyd Cruz and Dr. Steve Mark Gan.
